Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

As we’re a farm, and family, and we need to spend more time with bees and less time shipping – please note the following terms before making your decision to purchase:

  1. We only go to our local post office weekly – therefore it takes a week longer than average for you to receive your parcel.

  1. We do not provide a tracking number, however if you haven’t received your parcel within 4 weeks of posting, we’ll manually hunt down the tracking number and provide an update.

  1. There are no refunds or returns under any circumstances, unless your item/s arrive broken within the packaging. If so please send a picture of the broken items to us, and we’ll refund these less the postage fee.

  1. The risk of parcel arrival, handling, timing, incorrect address, local delivery restrictions, geopolitical changes, etc are yours alone, and we accept no responsibility after your parcel has left our local post office in Hurstbridge, Australia.
